This three bedroom condo is in a gated community and has a wonderful outlook onto the 5th hole of   the award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course either from your patio outside the living room area or from your private balcony from the upstairs master bedroom.

Situated on two floors with two bedrooms on the   top floor and one bedroom downstairs there is plenty of room for the family. There is a fully fitted kitchen with laundry area, comfortable seating in the living room and a dining area with seating for six.

There are three large swimming pools on the resort with a fitness centre, tennis courts, and basketball courts.  One of the pools is within easy walking distance of your condo. The Golf Club is also close-by   where you can obtain your discounted golf packages, eat in the restaurant and have a drink in the licensed bar.  Three Golf Simulators at the Club will allow you the opportunity to perfect your game by honing your skills on an impressive choice of golf courses!

Children are also welcome to play golf with you on the championship course.  There is also a Junior Golf Camp to be held in 2008.  Why not have a wonderful vacation and have your children taught the game by a Golf Teaching Professional?

The main road links will take you to Disney within 15 minutes and all the other amusements and amenities are within easy reach. There is also a large 24 hour Supermarket at the entrance of the resort.
