The property has a generous floor plan and large enough for the family to relax in after a hard day at the parks or on the golf course.  There are 4 good sized rooms with a master bedroom with en-suite facilities, a queen sized bed, tv and DVD.  There is a full sized bedroom, and two further twin rooms.  There is also a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements when needed.

The fully equipped kitchen leads into the family room where you have an excellent view of the pool area and the views beyond.  You have the benefit of two living rooms, with the fomal living area and formal dining area giving you a space for quiet reading and relaxation, and the family room where you can sit and relax, watch the cable television or step out onto the generous sized lanai to take in the views or enjoy a relaxing swim.

Laundry facilities are provided, and the villa is fully equipped for your comfort.  

Highlands Reserve Golf Course is an excellent place to stay for golfers and, with the convenience of Disney only 15 minutes away this property is also ideal for families who want the fun of the parks, and somewhere peaceful to relax in between.

There is a children's play area by the entrance to this community, together with tennis and basketball courts, and a community swimming pool.
