Now the owner of Talk of the Town chain of restaurants, the parent company of Charley’s Steakhouse, Charley Woodsby and his son have become beef experts. There is an extensive menu, and we would love to hear from anyone who manages to eat the entire signature dish of the restaurant –The Ultimate Surf n’ Turf.
