This perfect courtyard style villa is a 10 minute drive to the main entrance of Disney. There are only 16 units in the gated community of Lindfields Reserve all designed for perfect vacations.

The private pool, hot tub and pool deck are the center piece to the surrounding 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living room, kitchen and separate dining room. The third bedroom has a prvate entrace from the pool deck we call the in-law suite which is yours to use as well.Additional cost for pool/spa heat.

Open the sliding glass doors to expand your space for ultimate entertaining and fun! This home is located near all of the fun attractions such as the brand new Margaritaville Water Park that also has bars, shops, and restaurants making it the new Citywalk.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

It was perfect in every way, so homely and clean, this house is the perfect place to come back to and relax after an exciting day out.

The house was fully equipped with air conditioning, a well-stocked kitchen, massive living room with 3 comfy sofas large LCD TV, DVD, games console, and cable tv. Games room with pool table, washer, and dryer. 3 beautiful bedrooms all ensuite with tv. The master bedroom having the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

The pool is big and clean, we opted for the pool heating and it was just perfect for an evening dip with the multi-colored pool lights turned on.

The property is in a quiet gated community and not far from local shops and restaurants.

We needed to contact Tracey over a minor problem with a broken sprinkler she responded immediately and had the management company repair it the next day. We were also contacted directly by the management company to make sure the fault was repaired and that we had no other problems. If there are problems then the management company are very prompt and professional in solving them many thanks to Jane.

All in all a great stay We would definitely recommend to family and friends and would make this our first choice when coming back to Florida.
